What is CrossFit Endurance?

A new standard in Endurance Sports Training that utilizes the fundamentals of Strength & Conditioning, Interval training, and Stamina to enhance performance in Endurance competition.
CFE combines all 10 elements of conditioning/fitness along with (endurance) sports-specific programming to create an athlete that is more powerful, faster and can recover Quicker.
CFE sessions will be fun, challenging, rewarding and WILL make you a better, more injury resistant athlete.

When?

Wednesday nights 6pm – 7pm (with the right interest we will add a 7pm-8pm class) at Real
World CrossFit 1/68 Reserve Drive, Mandurah

How Much?

Just $10 per
session!!! Payable every 4 weeks. Real World CrossFit has eftpos facilities if
needed

Do I have to be super fit to take part?

Absolutely not, CFE and CrossFit is for anyone and everyone who wants effective, fun training that catually delivers results. Every session can be scaled to accommodate all levels of fitness, recent or old injuries
