Peanut Butter & Jelly Protein Smoothie

So easy to make & perfect for a post training smoothie. just ask the Wadjula…..

Ingredients

1cup frozen berries (any kind- I use blueberries)
1tbsp all-natural peanut butter (I use sanitarium no added sugar or salt)
1 scoop raw sun Warrier vanilla protein powder (any vanilla protein powder will be fine)
2tbsp rolled oats
1cup soy milk

Instructions

1) place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.

Serve with fresh berries on top & a few blocks of ice.
