Nick’s Nibbles – Anzac Special – No Bake Vegan Anzac Bradley Balls

Looking for a healthy alternative to Anzac biscuits this weekend?
Look no further.

2/3cup blanched or normal raw almonds
2/3cup rolled oats
1/3cup shredded or desecrated coconut
2tbsp White or any other chia seeds
Pinch of salt
Add all these ingredients together & process.
Then whilst processing (after a min or so)
Add-
1/3cup agave/maple/rice syrup (what ever you have in the pantry)
2tbsp vanilla extract

If mix is still a little dry add upto a tbsp of water until consistency holds together between fingers.

Roll tbsp at a time into balls & then roll the balls into extra shredded/desecrated coconut.
Place in an air tight container & put in fridge for an hour till a little harder.
Will make about 14 balls (depending on how big your balls are ) & will keep in the fridge for up to a week.

Only take 5mins to make and are bloomin handsome to taste. much better than Bradley’s balls……
