Breakfast Protein Parfait


1/4 tsp cinnamon

1/2 cup raw blueberries (thawed or fresh)

6 raw almonds

1/4 cup rolled oats (dry)

1tbsp chia seeds

1/2 cup plain low fat yoghurt

1/2 scoop Sun Warrier vanilla protein powder- or any brand of protein powder will do.

1 chilled glass/jar (to serve)


Mix yoghurt, chia seeds, cinnamon & protein powder together in a small bowl.

Once combined place oats in bottom layer with blueberries and then pour the yoghurt mix over. Put the raw almonds on the top and sprinkle with a little extra cinnamon.

Enjoy a healthy filling breaky.


Please note -if you have a large appetite (like my husband) use a larger amount of oats and yoghurt
